This program was amazing! It taught me how to eat all over again and I lost almost 55 lbs in around 14 weeks and it didn't even feel tough. Judy was wonderful and I will continue to go see them once a month for accountability. I highly recommend this program!

I cannot say enough good things about the diet protocol itself, but moreover Chip and Matt, my coaches. They check in all the time and are always available text when I have questions about serving sizes. The food is really good and I don't feel like I'm every going hungry even though it's low in calories. I've lost over 20 lbs. so far and feel so encouraged after trying so many things that weren't working for me.

I found out about Ideal Protocol through friends and joined a year after they had completed their weight loss journey. I have found Chip and Matt to be excellent, enthusiastic, knowledgeable coaches.
