AMAZING!! I have had such a great experience at NJ Center for Health and Healing, LLC. It has been the only thing that has worked for me! I am down 50 lbs and have felt the best I have in years. The staff have been so helpful and supportive during my weight loss journey answering any and all questions that I have! I can’t say enough how amazing it is here.
I 100% recommend joining ideal protein. I started with my husband back in July 2020; he’s currently down 40 & I’m down 35lbs... we feel great and thanks to our awesome friends, family and super helpful coach we feel determined to finish!
So far I really really enjoy ideal protein! I got to sit and talk about the program one on one and really understand how it works. The rest is just following the very simple diet plan. There is a coach who calls to check in and answer any questions you may have. Also they have the most comprehensive scale ever!
