The Ideal Program was just what I needed to kick start my weight loss at this time. I have to admit it was difficult starting, but with the help of my coach and her positivity on a weekly basis I was able to meet my goal. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the food for Phase 1 is quite pricey, but there was no start up fee or fee for weekly sessions.
