I’ve been doing ideal for about a month now and i’ve never felt more confident and happy. The diet is amazing don’t get me wrong however, Dr. Nancy makes the experience 100x better. She is extremely understanding, and constantly encourages her patients to keep going when times get difficult. I recommend everyone trying out ideal protien as it is very easy to maintain and work into your everyday life. Also, with the support of Nancy I feel like I can accomplish anything and reach my goal.
