Excellent service! Got back to me even on weekends and over the holiday, which I was not expecting, with incredibly fast replies. Shipped out quicker than any other place was projected to have my order even ready. Price was great as well. Will certainly be deferring any future business I have to them.
Dina and Dan are so helpful and knowledgeable!!
They tried to extort me into expensive, unneeded services just to sell me some inexpensive replacement parts that I needed (a literal battery cover). I recommend avoiding this sort of greedy company at all costs.
They offer repairs in a quick and cost effective manner. They will happily get you any precision instrument you may need and can repair most. Well worth the very fair price that they charge and they even have a candy bowl in the waiting area!
