They tried to extort me into expensive, unneeded services just to sell me some inexpensive replacement parts that I needed (a literal battery cover). I recommend avoiding this sort of greedy company at all costs.
They offer repairs in a quick and cost effective manner. They will happily get you any precision instrument you may need and can repair most. Well worth the very fair price that they charge and they even have a candy bowl in the waiting area!
Worst place ever
They repaired my Starrett last word dial indicator got it back in good timely fashion and works like it was brand new. Very impressed with the workmanship. Great company to work with and outstanding customer service. I also have bought things from Ideal and was very well pleased new and used calipers and indicators.
