DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. They did serve the papers quickly, BUT you need to - BEWARE- they will NOT serve the attachments!! Therefore, it is not properly served because you ARE REQUIRED -- BY LAW -- to serve ALL attachments, exhibits, etc along with the paperwork. This guy removed my attachments from the paperwork I sent him to serve so he could apparently save money on his printing costs. There is no other reason for him to have done that!! Mel and his crew are awesome! I had a super short time limit on my server date and they got it done!! I had other server companies say they couldn't help me and they came though. Very pleased with the service. Glad I called them they were a life saver for my time of need.
If I could give zero stars I would! Please read & do not hire him. Mel is a bs’er and will milk you and not deliver the promised services. He will ask you to keep rescheduling your court date, make you file new paperwork, put them all into ONE pdf(he repeatedly told me it would take him 5 hours to print them all), he will keep asking for the same paperwork. Mel at Ideal Point gives SUPERB, AAA+ Service! You cannot get better than this company as far as integrity, efficiency, dedication and professionalism goes. Ideal Point has gone above and beyond in my process service needs in order to get things done. If you have someone who is difficult to serve, they will do their best to work with you and figure out how to get it done, no excuses. They're also a group of people who genuinely care and have pride in their work, which seems rare nowadays!
