I came in barely able to walk, and within 2 sessions with some home exercises recommended, I was back at work! Now my physio of choice
Seriously rude owner, someone who goes out of her way to start arguments. Has sent multiple emails threatening to physically harm me due to my leaving this negative review. The completely untrue claim I refused to pay for a service was unable to be substantiated when interviewed by police and they are now subject to police and court interventions. Avoid
Was recommended a physiotherapist here, very informative and thorough. Will keep going with clinical Pilates here as have been made very comfortable here. Would recommend this company.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and absolutely love it! The instructors are awesome – friendly, supportive, and really know their stuff. I always leave feeling like I’ve had a great workout. The other class members are welcoming too, which makes it such an enjoyable and comfortable place to be. The equipment is excellent and well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great pilates experience!
