I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and absolutely love it! The instructors are awesome – friendly, supportive, and really know their stuff. I always leave feeling like I’ve had a great workout. The other class members are welcoming too, which makes it such an enjoyable and comfortable place to be. The equipment is excellent and well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great pilates experience!

I saw Adi for a series of physio sessions to recover from a shoulder injury and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Adi was incredibly knowledgable, kind, and attentive, always taking the time to explain things clearly and to make sure I felt supported and confident along the way. Adi creates such a welcoming and professional environment, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients’ progress and the work he does, I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you again Adi!
