I purchased from IOF around 5 or 6 years ago. It was great customer service then too. In the past week I had occasion to call and see if the item was still under warranty. Michael served me and to my absolute pleasure replaced the item fully! This type of service is priceless in this day. Thank you IOF and Michael. The delivery driver was very helpful too!

I had an unfortunate experience ordering the EVITA-H chair from IOF - with unexpected significant delays in delivery (Star Track's fault) and a chair that was very difficult to put together. The team at IOF was very helpful in chasing up Star Track and in walking me through the assembly step by step over a video call, in a timely manner. Mark Joscelyne, the managing director, was helpful and a gentleman about the whole thing and he offered a compensation for my troubles.
