I am so happy I came across this business. I ordered a desk and drawers at 1.30pm Thursday and they were at my door by 11.30am Friday. I enquired via the chat function on their website, and to my surprise was greeted by an actual person. That person then offered a call with me and again to my surprise, they were an Australian based person and happened to be the owner. They had all the information I needed. Hi Team Just wanted to share a very positive interaction with Mark from Ideal Office Furniture. Mark was instrumental and extremely helpful in assisting with a same day delivery of 46 chairs, which we used today in our Safety Forum. Without Mark’s help it would have been very uncomfortable for attendees today, instead they were seated on very comfy seating and saved us from an awkward situation. I highly recommend Mark and in his team if you have any office furniture needs.
Very satisfied customer ... .... with the service I received from Mark and the team at IOF. We ordered a mobile pedestal and found the colour of the veneer to be a mismatch with our office desk that we ordered from elsewhere. Mark was quick to find a solution and changed over the pedestal for no additional cost ... delivered the new pedestal and took back the original. I definitely recommend IOF :)
