Ideal Nutrition helped me so much. Helped me get out of a rut I was stuck in for so long!! Before I knew it I lost twenty pounds. Now I'm happier than I was. And the food Ideal Nutrition provided and the snacks were delicious and tasty. I especially liked the coconut protein bars.....they are very decadent. And Rachel was super sweet and kind to me and an inspiration as well!
