April was so educational/helpful I did this program years ago although I hated it then I look back so thankful I had their support and guidance. 10/10 recommend.
Ideal Nutrition helped me so much. Helped me get out of a rut I was stuck in for so long!! Before I knew it I lost twenty pounds. Now I'm happier than I was. And the food Ideal Nutrition provided and the snacks were delicious and tasty. I especially liked the coconut protein bars.....they are very decadent. And Rachel was super sweet and kind to me and an inspiration as well!
I have been working with April and so far lost 15lbs and am feeling amazing. I am a type 1 diabetic with other medical issues and this has changed my life! This program is amazing!
