Ideal MA were really helpful when we needed to remortgage, and helped us navigate the market during a period of high uncertainty around interest rates. David's communication was clear, concise, and efficient, and he always responded in a timely manner. Ideal MA's online forms were also fairly easy to navigate, making it simple to provide the necessary information for remortgaging. I'd recommend their services for anyone coming to the end of a fixed rate looking to remortgage.
David was always available and very patient at listening to all our questions and discussing our individual needs which weren’t necessarily your standard situation!
David was fantastic. I went to three other mortgage brokers who were unable to help me secure a mortgage due to my unconventional income and accounts (self-employed contractual freelancer, IR35, PAYE etc.). David found me a provider with ease. He was communicative and obliging throughout, checking products and rates often to ensure the best deal. I don't think I'd have been able to buy if it weren't for David! I would highly recommend Ideal Mortgages, their services were well worth their fee.
