Ideal Me is the perfect go to for a lifestyle change for a healthier life! The protein shakes are the best I've ever had hands down!
My life is forever changed since starting at Ideal Me. I've been working with Joseph and Lisa for 6 months and I've lost over 60 pounds. I've been overweight my whole life and have tried all of the other programs out there but this is the only one that has changed my mindset and habits! The Ideal Me food is GREAT and I am surprisingly never hungry due to the high protein component of the program. Joseph and Lisa are incredibly supportive and I could not have asked for better coaches. I can't recommend this program enough!!!
At first I was very nervous but Jospeh and Angela are amazing!!!! I absolutely love this program. I have lost 20 ilbs in 6 weeks. I’m never hungry or “starving” as with other programs. I have learned how to eat healthy and monitor my activity level. I HIGHLY recommend this program to everyone. 😋
