In response to the previous review. Ideal Living has been under new management since April 2013. The comments in this review relates to the previous owner. We are dedicated to providing 100% customer satisfaction and will not accept anything less.
We put a deposit on a sun shade 30% as requested by the owner - 2 days later (Tuesday) we called and asked if we could pick it up and we were adviced the pick it up the next day that was fine - however we could not make it the next day so we called on (Saturday) to pick it up and we were adviced by the owner that they have sold it to someone else - the problem i have with IDEAL LIVING is that what was the point of a deposit as it was the last one and the point of a deposit is to hold it for us - I would advice pay and pick u... read more
