Ideal was founded in Scottsbluff, Nebraska in 1907, as a "Soft Water Laundry." In 1958, Dry cleaning was added and then in 1972, after a major fire destroyed much of the main plant, Ideal branched into a full-blown supply house. I have the same experience as others. Service has been terrible, never get my full order every week, and they have never fulfilled what was paid for from the beginning. Was told it is an agreement you can get out of, but this is a vold face lie. Cannot get ahold of anyone when trying to offer a complaint to a manager. Terrible, terrible, terrible. No stars here.
It only took three months to get the uniforms then the pant color and patches were incorrect from what was ordered and now we're being told we owe over $12,000. Would not recommend at all, especially for a small business. They didn't even show up to pick up anything in the end then the account owner was told he wasn't allowed to drop it off.
