I’ve been a loyal customer of Ideal Income Tax since 2012, and Aurelia has always been incredibly kind and helpful. There have been times when I called multiple times in one day, and she always made sure to get back to me and address any questions or concerns I had. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service. While some may say I’ve been charged a bit more, I’m more than happy to pay for quality, and Ideal Income Tax definitely delivers that.
