Great Staff – I just started my laser Hair treatments and have had 2 sessions and I noticed GREAT results, so I must say that I am pleased with the start and hope it gets even better. The girl doing my treatment was really impressed as well at how well it is working for me because she has treatments too, I am not the hariest so maybe thats why so good for me but it is nice not to have to shave the area like I use too, big investment yes, hurts- not really, worth it- my opinion yes $3000-intrest free YES.
They are rude and unprofessional – They make you feel like crap. I never felt so bad and unwelcome in any place like I feel when I am in this office. I will never make full payment to any other place like I did with this CROOK company. If you dont believe, go there and have treatments, but please, be smart, dont pay the treatment in full, or you will regret!!!
SO HAPPY I CHOSE IDEAL IMAGE – First, let me just say I am SO HAPPY I chose Ideal Image. I shopped around and it really did me no good. I came really close to getting suckered into a place that had a coupon i got online--and found out they use the wrong machine etc....The people at Ideal Image were so friendly and knowledgeable--made me feel so comfortable because I am treating facial areas and brazillian which could have been uncomfortable but was not. they are awesome. the people performing the laser, were amazing, really ... read more
Terrible Customer Service and still hair growth – LHR seemed to be working at 1st but 2 years later my hair growth is worse than before. Of course they told me I was the perfect candidate for it (thick dark hair and pale skin). As hair growth seemed to be stimulated in some areas they kept looking to blame me and wouldn't accept responsibility. I guess the tons of people that are excited to see my results because they want LHR and see me now will definitely not be going to Ideal Image.

The BEST place for laser hair removal! – Wow, what a find! After moving to this area from NYC and not knowing how this procedure is really supposed to be done, I found Ideal Image. I had been treated at an office in Manhattan with poor results and had gone on two other consultations in Jacksonville that reminded me of the place in NY but once I spoke to Shannon at Ideal Image, I was sold. It Works! – I am confused by the negative reviews for Ideal Image. I have an agreement with Ideal Image in Waterford Lakes (Florida). I was educated on whether or not I was a good candidate for laser hair removal, and also what the risks were for the procedure. I felt comfortable with how all of my questions were answered. Yes, LHR is pricey, but I wouldn't choose a plastic surgeon based on the lowest price - why should this be different? I got financed through Care Credit, and signed my contract.
