I've had phenomenal results with my laser hair removal treatments. After 4 treatments, 90% of my hair has not returned. Yes, the cost is slightly higher than most places, but you have a lifetime guarantee of the area that was treated. If hair returns after all the treatments are done.... they will laser the area for a low cost. In the past, I've treated several areas where the hair grew back and had to pay full price for retreatments.... so Ideal images lifetime guarantee was worth the price for me.

Hauppauge, NY/LI---- Overall the treatments are working on my arms, chest/abs and back but not so much my legs. Plus I just had an appointment for my upper legs last week (should have been full legs if not for my getting a tan on lower legs THUS I couldn't get that area treated) and it was first time I actually felt dissatisfied with a treatment. first of all, i don't usually review things, but i was reading some terrible reviews on here and i felt like i had to say something about my experience with ideal iamge. i have had a TON of areas done with Ideal Image. I am so pleased with everything. I had paid for several sessions at my derm and then at another facility that offered it. I saw no results at all. Ideal Image is the BEST. You get what you pay for, and they are worth every penny. everyone is so friendly and sweet, they even worked thru their lunch once when i was running late from traffic. it may not seem like much but personally i don't see that kind of service much anymore. Also, the end result is awesome. i had much ugly irritation on my chin and brazillian area (on the sides from shaving), it was so embarrassing..ugh. They have ridiculous prices and policies. – On November 22, I signed up for hair laser removal at Ideal Image; for upper lip and bikini area. I got an special for black Friday, which was buy one, get one free and due to this I got the upper lip are for free. I only attended one session out of the 9 sessions of the treatment. On December I cancel the services, but I did not get a refund. I opened a dispute with the ChaseHealthcard and received a refund of $1816.00. Beware! Ideal Image Waterford Lakes just sells dreams – Nice staff but they just sells dreams. I'm a current customer and recently received a $200 discount by email. I thought that was a good oppotunity to buy a second treatment area with a discounted fee. NO WAY, they didnt honor the coupon because the quotation given two wks ago was too low and they'll make no money. Can you believe that!!! That means, they didnt honor neither the coupon nor the quotation! You dont want to make business with people like that :(

Great Staff – I just started my laser Hair treatments and have had 2 sessions and I noticed GREAT results, so I must say that I am pleased with the start and hope it gets even better. The girl doing my treatment was really impressed as well at how well it is working for me because she has treatments too, I am not the hariest so maybe thats why so good for me but it is nice not to have to shave the area like I use too, big investment yes, hurts- not really, worth it- my opinion yes $3000-intrest free YES.
