I would like to be compensated for all the times they canceled my appointments. They charged me $50 for an appointment I didn't show up for. They don't send appointment notifications, so I didn't realize I had one, and since appointments are only every two months, it's hard to remember. I paid a lot of money for CoolSculpting, and it didn't work at all. It's not their fault; it just doesn't work. I would definitely recommend Ideal image for any of your laser hair removal or beauty treatments. I have never had a negative experience when I go. The staff is always polite and friendly and the nurses and it’s always clean.
I paid almost $6,000 for laser hair removal. My contract said 15 visits or 24 months. After 7 visits, they make you request the other visits by seeing the manager. I seen no difference in my Brazilian area. It was very painful to not see a difference at all. I was told I needed to pay for more visits.
Brenda did my Botox and she’s amazing! I suffer from severe anxiety and she’s comforting and quick!
