Have been trying to modify an appointment at this location for over a week. I have called and left several messages and sent emails without any response. Hoping that I am not charged the $50 no show fee. This location is usually great. It is very unusual to not receive a call back or be unable to reach anyone on the first call.
They are very unresponsive to phone calls. If you wants to communicate about an appointment there’s no way to do so . I’m very frustrated with not being able to reach for appointment scheduling while having paid for a laser package but can’t schedule a session.
You are not returning my calls or answering. It's unprofessional. Please call back. I left numerous messages. My service that I have received has been good.
