Immaculate spa experience! It even smells luxurious!
From my bad experience last summer with Ideal Image/ Shrewsbury, for sure I don't recommend this place to anyone! The manager Leslie and the nurse Christie and the person on the front desk Mitchell,, were horrible,, they always change my schedules witch booked it a few months ago and sometimes they cancelled it in the same day of my normal schedule and they always late, they leave me wait and late more than 45 minutes outside for my appointments with Christie, plus they cut off lots of my treatments witch already paid and I ... read more
Kristen was knowledgeable about pellets and the labs required. She was super personable and sweet!
Kayley was wonderful! She was kind, helpful and made the entire process easy and quick.
