Not sure what happened to this location. It appears to be open but no one has answered the phone for months. I paid for a full treatment and have not been able to get scheduled anymore.
Such a scam!!! This company shut down leaving me nowhere to go for my $7k lifetime membership I paid for.
I been trying to continue my laser and no answer they are closed but no notice thats not ok paid alot for nothing
I’ve been going to the ideal image in Chandler and I am currently still supposed to be getting services done for laser hair removal. The chandler location has closed without any notice to me and now I’m trying to contact the Scottsdale location and they will not return my calls even though I’ve called numerous times and left multiple voicemails and still need services to be provided. spend your money somewhere else that’s more reliable
Good luck getting a hold of them... I bought a huge package with them and they will pick up your call 1 out of every 5 times you call. Awful service from this standpoint. I will I also shopped around... these guys are 50-75% higher than others in the marketplace. Do your due diligence
