I’ve been coming to Dr. Gabriel’s Ideal Look Med Spa for about a year. Initially, my dermatologist told me that my skin type was not a good candidate for laser hair removal. Fortunately, I decided to schedule a consultation and undergo a patch test, and I’m so glad I did. To bad I can’t give a 0 star I had a very disappointing experience with Ideal look MedSpa in Sarasota. This is not about the $50 no-show fee. It’s about the poor customer service, lack of accountability, and the way customers are treated when there is an issue. I paid $2,377 for my treatment package, so I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer care. To cut to the chase, I got screwed by Ideal Image but the new owner of Ideal Look offered to rectify the situation by honoring what they wouldn't at his expense. This was very kind of him since it wasn't his fault the previous company screwed me and many others during the selling of Ideal Image. The new owner of Ideal Look is a kind man who tries to do right by others. I would 100% recommend his company to anyone because of how good hearted he is.
