They charged a $50 no show fee when I had called and left a message I had to cancel my last appt. Didn't realize they were doing that at all and was told its policy even though I CALLED. You pay for all your appts in advance so they got my money plus more....so beware, your card is kept on file after you pay and they do what they want with it.
My experience is always great with Kate. She is amazing. Very professional but makes you feel so comfortable and friendly with great conversation.
As they say management makes or breaks the situation. The local management at the Omaha location is unresponsive and appears unconcerned. They do not return phone calls or make themselves available for customer. It appears that corporate enjoys being silent also.
Everyone I talked to was very professional and personable. This really helped me to be more comfortable and have a positive experience.
