First….. Lyni Bailey was an old nickname and married name. I am Jlyn Ward (nobody would know who Lyni Bailey is lol) I went yesterday, my first time at Ideal Image, I saw Ashley and I have had numerous procedures done on my face, but this time was so different. Bought a lifetime warranty package for 250 dollars after paying 3000 dollars about a year ago for full face package. They told me it will be 100 dollars for each maintenance session in future. Called to book one maintenance session and was told it is 200 dollars per session and may need more through the year based on my needs and these were just recent price increases. Other places are offering free lifetime maintenance. Please research before using this place unless you want to throw your money away.

Love Ideal Image. The ladies here know what you want and what you need. No pressure service, ease of setting appointments and just plain old enjoyable personalities. Botox is my go to and it lasts longer and looks more natural from Ideal Image.

I love this place, the front desk is very friendly, my favorite Shebly she is the best nurse , I couldn't put my face in better hands, she advises me on what is best for the care of my face, she is awesome!!
