Monica, Cyndi, and Cheryl were beyond helpful and extremely thoughtful, kind, patient, and caring. When something got messed up (not due to them) every one of these women took the time to listen to me, work together, and come up with a plan/solution to help me. I am very grateful to know that such amazing women are getting things accomplished for everyone. I hope they get the recognition that they deserve :)
Monica(the Burlington branch manager) harrassed me on the phone because i called in asking for an update after she gave me her word. I should have believed all the negative reviews. They had reviews on robbing customers off with a fake contract thats never presented to you but force new customers to prepay a super charged price for services then end up not giving back the balance owed. Let me start of by saying the quality of the treatments and the care provided by the staff, were nothing but positive experiences over the past two years. However, I’ve encountered numerous ongoing problems with the front desk, including incorrect billing, missing Allē points, and appointment issues. I’ve had to fix these issues myself due to unhelpful responses and blame-shifting from the receptionist. Jillian is the nurse that worked with me today. I did a few procedures with her and i recommend her. I get my treatment in North Andover with Jillian. Jillian is amazing she takes the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. Jill now is also working with my daughter and she was happy with Jillian.
