Estheticians Erica and Sarah provide wonderful and friendly service, I am writing to express my disappointment with your front desk and “management staff” (Heidi & Cyndi) I found their conduct during recent transactions to be very , condescending, rude and unprofessional, which is unacceptable given the high costs of services paid for.
