DO NOT USE! Total scam! They do subscriptions and then cancel them. I had 6 more treatments left and they were just canceled. I was informed it was a bug in Vancouver area, so some other subscribers were canceled as well. I used the office in Richmond, but it is the same organization IDEAL IMAGE.
The staff here are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My experience was great and Sandy, my nurse was fantastic! I would recommend this place to my friends and if I could give it 6 out of 5 Stars I would

The nurses are very accommodating and kind! Jin is one of their nurses and she was quick and knew what she was doing. The place is also very clean
Easy 5 stars! I’ve been to both the Granville and the Langley locations and they are both phenomenal. Thanks to Jas in Langley who I saw most recently and was sooo sweet and helpful when I whined during the spicy bits. Hehe. Also huge thanks to Megan who helped me reschedule my appointment last minute and worked magic. 🙏🌟🏆
