This was my first appointment at the king of prussia location . My appointment was at 10:40 and the receptionist said it was at 9:00. After showing the appointment details confirming my 10:40 appointment time, they said they still couldn’t do it because it was fully booked. I was there by 10:47, had to drive almost 40 minutes to get there after working night shift! And the receptionist was quite rude to me. Not coming back here again.
I was so nervous to have a new nurse do my lips and Jess was absolutely amazing, kind, patient, understanding, and did an absolute perfect job with less recovery time than I ever had before
I must say that my 1st experience with Ideal was awesome. The Diamond glow service that I receive was impeccable and Bella the wonderful woman that did my services was patient excellent skills. I was very elated to have her take care of me today. I just got my laser removal. I am impressed by that also and I’m gonna keep coming back and I recommend that you schedule and get in there and get your services. They are awesome.
