Terrible experience. Ashley and the staff were extremely unprofessional—arrogant attitude and dismissive from the start. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. I left feeling frustrated and completely disrespected. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Great experience! Stefani was the person who preformed my laser and she was by far the sweetest person ever . She was very professional yet made me feel like we were bestfriends . She took her time to make sure she got every inch of area and gave me lots of well needed breaks .lol Love her so much and I highly recommend her !

I have went to several ideal image locations as I travel a lot & while they are all good & provide good service , this is by far the BEST location I have been to. I was taken VERY good care of, they made sure to zap EVERY follicle, were very thorough in their work. On top of everything they were entertaining, professional, hilarious & overall excellent across the board. I will 100% be making this my go to location.
