Incredible experience with Ideal Image Easton! Front desk staff was friendly, kind, and accommodating. They worked with my (admittedly difficult) schedule and squeezed me in for a same day appointment. Although the front desk staff was incredible, my treatment provider, Akeela, is who really inspired me to write this review after 7+ years with Ideal Image. I had an appointment with Rachael D. at this location. She was so helpful, reassuring and professional. She answered all of my questions and explained what to expect. And the results speak for themselves! It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality and attentive care.

I would not recommend this place to no one. They have issues with scheduling! I called two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment. The lady gave me the choice between the 19th and the 14th. i told her the 14th which was perfect it was a sat. I work a lot. She then confirmed it she said so the 19th at this time I said no you said the 14th was available she says OK. So she must have read the schedule wrong and they didnt have that day available.
