After paying for my treatment package and being reassured that touch ups were possible for life for $99 if needed they were purchased by everbody, I am now being told they do not do touch ups anymore. If I need to come back it will now be double the price. Keep in mind this is part of the reason I chose to go here in the first place. Would not recommend
To say this establishment is a disappointment would be an immense understatement. They recently had a name change to Ever/Body and are no longer honoring my mother's gift card from my late father. It was one of his last gifts to her, and due to the name change, my mother is losing hundreds of dollars to this corporate and insensitive establishment. Quite the opposite of being a center for healing.
$8,000 Wasted on CoolSculpting with Zero Results I’m writing this review hoping to save others from making the same costly mistake I did at Ideal Image in Bethesda . I purchased 12 sessions of CoolSculpting targeting my abdomen and flank area for $8,000 . The nurses are always pleasant and professional. The facilities are always clean.
Helena, the technician, was excellent - she's the only reason this gets one star. The main problem was my consultation with Samantha Khater. I later learned their 'consultants' are salespeople with no real medical expertise. Despite their promises, I spent thousands and saw zero results in my target area. When I contacted customer service about my concerns, Cassie was unhelpful - she just recited legal terms and hung up on me. Save your money and go somewhere reputable instead!!
