Ideal Protein is a fun supportive relaxed place to meet your body( weight) goals. And if you stick to the program it will happen in no time. It really does work.
Today was a day that I wasn’t feeling my best, but once I spoke with my coach and discussed my weight loss goals and what is best for me I felt a whole lot better. Taso is truly the best coach ever!!
