Ideal Health and Dylan have helped me tremendously. I have lost over 280 lbs since I have been going and it has prevented me from being diabetic. The Ideal Health team is very dedicated, traveling up from Anchorage each week. The plan is easy to follow and is easy to stick too, one reason why is because the food tastes very good.
