I did some red light therapy sessions here with Shannon and it was an amazing experience. I didn’t realize the many health benefits that came along with it. It was so relaxing. 100% recommend.
If you're looking for red light therapy - this is the place! Other businesses boast red light but do not offer the powerful equipment that Ideal Health offers.
