We continued with our sofa purchase despite significant delays in delivery. Communication throughout the process has been extremely poor. After being told we could pick up the sofas in person, we arrived to find the store closed. The following day, the store still was not open during its posted business hours (open at 10:00 AM, but still closed at 10:30 AM). No communication, no explanation, and no accountability. When I walked in this store, I didn’t expect for anything to catch my eye. I’m a very picky person and anesha seen me and was very welcoming. She helped me get these couches that were not even on the floor! I am in love, I love these couches she helped me and ordered them for me I got them in less then a week! I definitely recommend coming here for any of your furniture. I will be coming back most definitely!
