Worst shopping experience ever! The furniture they delivered looked like the dirty showroom piece — and to make it worse, it arrived without the cushions! Absolutely unacceptable. I even asked to exchange it for a new one and offered to pay the difference, but they flat-out refused. I spoke with a supervisor hoping for help, and they were just as useless — no solution, no accountability. This place clearly doesn’t care about their customers, only about taking your money. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else!
The best store in Connecticut! And a lot of quality
So awesome this furniture store customer service went above and beyond. They have a great selection of furniture for all rooms. Not to many people know where they are located so I’m going to tell you it’s on Newton Road and the store is in the old stop & shop. You have got to visit I know you will be more then satisfied
