If I could give zero stars I would. I was asked to turn in my backpack at the counter with my credit cards, credentials, cell phone. Staff was very rude about it. Policy or not, my personal belongings can not be requested at no point. My backpack has a strap that keeps it locked to my body. Staff was extremely disrespectful towards me and engaged loudly as well. I hope that you're able to educate staff accurately on costumer service interactions.
