I visited recently hoping to relax after a long day at work, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The lady at the counter spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and raised her voice, which made me uncomfortable. It felt more like a dispute than a welcoming interaction. We came here on a recommendation from another place and I’m really glad I found this gem. Steve is quick, knowledgeable and very courteous. Didn’t take more than 6 minutes to fix the front and rear brake cables which would otherwise need an “appointment” from some fancy bike shops. Highly recommended and full marks to the team at ideal bikes.
