Very good staff at ideal credit Union.
Lost my debit card went to get a New one & they tried to charge me $20+ dollars. Then as I was leaving calliED Ideals 1800 number. New card will be here for free in 7 business days FOR NOTHING$. SCAM, RIP OFF, DO NOT BANK HERE!!!How do you sleep at night screwing over yoir community?

Maria is absolutely wonderful!! Every time I have had questions (and there have been many) she is always willing to listen & offer help that extends past my initial question. Recently I had questions about opening an account for my child, instead of telling me no she told me what they can do & offered several helpful suggestions.
