Worst credit union I have ever banked with. I was lied to by their "rep" and they took my money. I have done 2 car loans through this bank and a home equity loan through them as well. Over $200k. I will never bank with them again and I suggest if you care about your money you shouldn't either. Their customer service couldn't care less either. This place is a bad joke. Avoid at all costs.
My 75 year old friend over drafted his account like 40 times with his card buying pops from a vending machine in his apartment building the over draft fees were like 950.00 and they said they would wave half. He’s been banking there for fifty years. I believe they should only charge him like 100 because he should have never been able to over charge his card in the first place.
