Very nice and friendly caring staff and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone for their banking needs! They all help me alot, because of my mental illnesses.

I applied for a home equity loan with Ideal on two occasions. The service and professionalism of the Jamie C. and Ryan W. who helped me was exceptional. I am extremely pleased with how I was treated. Very kind and respectful treatment along with quick results made me a happy customer. I’m glad to let everyone know that they are an excellent credit union!
I refinanced my auto loan with Ideal Credit Union and was assisted by Nina and Destiny. They were both super friendly, knowledgeable and, made the process easy for me AND the topper on the cake is that my car payment is now $120 LESS than what I was paying with a different bank. 10/10 recommend Ideal!
