Adam, Che and the Eagan staff are ALWAYS so thoughtful, kind and gracious to work with, and today I met Kaviya who is equally delightful, warm and welcoming. About 4 years ago I was frustrated with PCU/Ideal CU system after over 25 years of banking with them in Woodbury and I was ready to leave, but I came to the Eagan branch out of necessity where I met Adam and Che and I was so impressed with their sincerity and their genuine desire to help me that I decided to stay with the credit union.
