I live in Toronto, rented a bike from Ideal Bike, and explored Belleville & Prince Edward County (PEC). I booked the bike online before arriving to Belleville. They were quick to respond. Ideal Bike is also in Wellington where I plan to go in my next trip to the PEC. The staff is super friendly and accommodated my returning the bike on a holiday. Very reasonable pricing, love to support a local business. Ed and his staff are wonderful, great help, willing o walk you through every step, very knowledgeable, and the small talk makes me want to come back for more! Definitely my go-to for skate related products. Lovin my new wheels!

Best bike shop I have ever been to and there have been a few...it is not the brands or prices ( which are good) but the people. Ed and his crew go out of their way to make sure you get the service and friendliness that makes brand new customers and people who have been going to his business for years actually want to come back. There are not many services like that anymore it seems. Kudos to a great shop with a great owner and very competent crew!

These guys & gals have treated me like a lifetime loyal customer since the first day I called, & then later walked into the store to pick up a custom order. Longer story: I ordered a bike from the Trek store on Queen St W in Toronto while I still lived there in 2020. With pandemic supply chain delays, the bike didn’t arrive for quite a few months. Grew up in Belleville and Ideal Bike was always my go-to spot for parts. Was back in town recently and decided to stop by and ended up purchasing a Lanyachtz Drop Hammer. The same guy was helping me there too which was great to see cause hes always had great service. You NEED to stop here if you're into anything skatepark/cycling oriented cause these guys have it all or will order it for you.
