Amazing service, incredibly helpful and fast. Great points program, you get 5 dollars off every 100 dollars you spend. Great selection of skateboards, cruiser boards and longboards. Also skate tools, equipment, bearings, wheels, trucks. All their boards appear to be landyachtz boards which is great to see as they’re a Canadian brand. I highly recommend Ideal bike to anyone looking for a new bike. They have a great selection, and the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and flexible. I recently purchased a bike from them, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They ordered the bike in a different colour for me, and it arrived much faster than I expected. I can not say enough good things about my experience with this shop. From the day I walked in to the day I finally bought a bike the entire staff was nothing short of an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a place to give you good advice, good service and just an overall good vibe you have found it. Very happy with this find. Sick shop. Sick staff. Overall 10/10 experience. Now in my mid 70’s I find winter biking challenging, as I no longer bounce back as easily if I take a spill. Good tire traction is important if I am to avoid traction myself. Ed set me up with Kahva 45NRTH tires and they have been superb in snow, snowpack, ice and slush during a winter which seems determined to keep me at home. I feel secure to head out in any winter weather. Good job Ideal Bike.

Always love going into Ideal Bike Inc. They are all so helpful and personable. Happy to answer any questions and don't try to talk you into something you don't need. They are a team of friends who believe in quality customer service. They will always do that little bit extra- like coming to meet you at the store outside of normal business hours so that you can pick up your bike to do your long ride! Thank you!
