David, Ed and Brandon were fantastic to deal with. They demonstrated a lot of patience with me. I tested a few bikes. They special ordered the one I wanted and answered all my questions carefully and thoroughly (I’m a newbie at biking). I highly recommend them and will always be a regular. Happy cycling! 😁
Amazing service, incredibly helpful and fast. Great points program, you get 5 dollars off every 100 dollars you spend. Great selection of skateboards, cruiser boards and longboards. Also skate tools, equipment, bearings, wheels, trucks. All their boards appear to be landyachtz boards which is great to see as they’re a Canadian brand. I can not say enough good things about my experience with this shop. From the day I walked in to the day I finally bought a bike the entire staff was nothing short of an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a place to give you good advice, good service and just an overall good vibe you have found it. Very happy with this find. Sick shop. Sick staff. Overall 10/10 experience. Hit them up, you will NOT regret it. Happy trails my friend.

I feel secure to head out in any winter weather. Good job Ideal Bike.
I highly recommend Ideal bike to anyone looking for a new bike. They have a great selection, and the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and flexible. I recently purchased a bike from them, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They ordered the bike in a different colour for me, and it arrived much faster than I expected. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the bike, including proper maintenance and care. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I couldn’... read more
