What a great bike shop. They are excellent to deal with and helped us until we were back on the road again. Highly recommend. Went above and beyond for us, what a great team they all make. Thank you Ideal Bikes for all your time and wonderful help.
I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Ed and staff! We knew the brand of e-bike we wanted but also shopped around between Belleville and Kingston to be sure. Ed and staff are very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Amazing customer service. No doubt we will be happy for years to come as we cycle into retirement!!
Best sales and service in the Quinte area. Ed and David and all of the staff at Ideal Bike are great to deal with. They are knowledgeable and care about their customers and the products they sell. Just bought my second bike (first e-bike) from them and very happy to add it to my Trek collection. Knowing that it will be serviced when needed for three years under warranty also gives me peace of mind!
Fantastic shop! Great customer service and they're honest! Brought in a bike that I recently purchased from them with a blown out tire... I thought I would have to pay for the tire but they explained it was a manufacturers defect and covered the charge for me. They're super knowledgeable.
I came to Ideal bike with an ancient frame that I knew almost nothing about. I had a vision to restore the bike for my sons birthday, but I did not have the expertise. David and his team (forgive me that I have forgotten some names) made me feel right at home. They were realistic with me and they were straight shooters.
