RecommendedIdeal Appeal has changed my life for the better! This is just 4 months on the program! The food is tasty and there is a big selection to choose from. The office is clean and centrally located. The coach is encouraging, flexible, and knowledgeable.
I have tried so many diets over the years. To me this is not a diet. It is a way of learning to eat healthier. The program is easy to understand and follow. My coach is so wonderful, helpful and so encouraging. I look forward to my weekly appointments and the food is great!! There is so many different flavors to pick from.
