The people there are all very nice except this little witch named Melanie. I spent time opening up an account and went to the CDA branch to sign my sig card and get my account opened up. When I got there I was informed I had to wear a mask. I can't wear one due to health reasons. My lungs were burnt badly in a fire when I was a boy and I find it almost impossible to breath in a mask. The personal service received through this branch of Idaho Trust simply cannot be beat. When I call they know me, when I walk in they smile and seem genuinely glad to see me. Yesterday I asked for a referral to a tax strategist, and they had just the right guy in-house.
