I received an audit billing letter. I paid the amount requested on time but still received a second notice along with a phone call. I told the caller that I had already paid the amount. She said she would do some research to see why they had not posted my payment. My bank shows the cancelled check. I’ve tried calling the number she left me many, many times and texted numerous times. I can get no response as to what they found.

I haven't received my state tax refund it's been to many months and i did what i had to still nothing. I have them to. How much longer?

I called twice because I paid my taxes by the date they were due, and then a few months later got a bill for the same amount I paid. Instead of being able to speak to a single human being I was put on hold several times for a single robot to tell me that I couldn’t speak to someone because she couldn’t determine what my issue was. It’s not that difficult to answer a phone.

Super helpful staff! Had a state tax problem, and was fixed up within a two day period. 10/10
