I don't even know where to start...Evidently, when I paid my 2023 taxes I was short $4.36 of the $29k I paid. Because of that they are now charging me $1,604.36 in penalties and interest. They are worse than the IRS.
I came in for a few questions about opening my own business. Courtney was extremely helpful and super kind. Definitely recommend talking to her!!
2022 I got a call from Courtney stating that I owe$400.00, I told them that I do my own taxes and she was incorrect. Long story short, they put a lein on my truck, sent many letters saying that they were going to do more to me....I'm disabled and can not work. Several months go by with Courtney not answering her phone or returning voicemails, I paid them off. Come 2024 I did my taxes and I over paid by$400.00 Go figure, that office doesn't know if they are coming or going.... Inept people!
Honestly thee worst wgen it comes to communication, Marcia K. Bedwell was my caseworker & was never at her desk to pick up the calls, she was on vacation when my 1st payment was due resulting in me not knowing how to figure out how to pay, i had to go to h&r block to get questions answered on how to make an online payment due to me working 7 days a week thennnnn after my payment which covered 2 months they sent it to collections so good luck to anyone having to deal with her as your case worker
