Jaun has ruined any chance of good drivers succeeding. He forced my husband out and he had to use pto to even get 40hrs a week. He chose not to drive without proper trailer lights and Juan threatened his job. Even though recruiters say you, as drivers , are captain of the ship. Then Juan side stepped and apologized for his bad behavior while also forcing my husband's resignation. Driving unsafely doesn't matter to Juan, his bonus is all that matters. He cares about the equipment more than a drivers safety.
