I had the best first experience with acupuncture! Afterward my body had received exactly what it needed. Lauren is so knowledgeable, soft and kind. It was an amazing experience.

Lauren has been doing micro needling on my face, hairline and the top of my head for several sessions now and I already see a big difference. I recommend her 100%! I just had micro-needling & acupuncture done by Lauren Howell & it was brilliant. She put me into a dream-like state, while lying there I felt like I was floating. The micro- needling process felt like a facial massage. There were many beautiful steps to the process & I walked away feeling like I had a day at the spa. Highly recommended. My face feels and looks amazing.
