The manager, Tristan, does an excellent job! When I arrived Tristan was helping a couple with their vodka selection, providing thorough recommendations, what was on sale, etc. The line at the register was a couple customers deep and Tristan returned to the counter with a broad smile and great attitude, then speedily and proficiently checked everyone out. Tristan is cheerful, professional, engaging and smart. Impressive!
Gwen Jensen was very inappropriate and unprofessional. Right when I walked thru the door I was racially profiled was asked for my Identification immediately. I gave it to her then she started saying my ID wasn’t scanning without her even trying to scan my Identification. She then told me to leave the store without letting me purchase anything. Worst location would not recommend going to this store. And I’ll be taking my complaints to higher management. I would give zero stars but cannot due to having to rate to give a review... read more
Their price listed isn’t what you pay and when you ask what’s going on they point at a hand written sign saying “sorry prices have changed”. Guy had an attitude about me being confused
