Two stars based on my limited experience. I called in need of legal advice to avoid a contract dispute escalating. I went through the very long intake process, but was never called back in a week. I called and was told my paperwork was lost but I had been assigned to an attorney and would be communicated with the following day. Almost another week later and still nothing so I called back and was told that their notes said my case was rejected but that they were supposed to refer to me to somebody else but never had.
