My tickets were ready for me to pick up. I was able to get them and go on with my day.
Recently my husband and I attended Swan Lake performed by the Kiev Ballet at the Frontier Center. The performance was delightful. It was a disappointment that there was no program describing the ballet or these talented performers. In addition, there was no introduction about the performing group or thanks for their appearance. It was curtains up and curtains down after the performance. Its seems disrespectful to these lovely and talented artists. I hope in the future, the Idaho Arts Council can do a better job.
I wish they would issue refunds for family medical emergencies. I understand they are a non profit organization but when last minute events happen that can take you away from events, the only other options are to donate the tickets for a tex deduction or gift them to someone.
