Booked to get my ID1 completed for a transfer to my ex partner of my share of the property. From booking I got send reminders, links what to do and it was effortless. Everything explained in detail. I had a zoom call with Gareth who is a lovely guy. Paperwork was then emailed for approval and payment made. Next day forms in the post. Highly recommended from me. Brilliant service.
Gareth went above and beyond in his assistance for our Transfer of freehold services. Would recommend to anyone.
Rudest customer service I’ve ever come across. Does not know how to do his job. Was so patronising for no reason, if you get one thing wrong he is talks aggressively. Knowing my grandma has stage 4 lung cancer and talked to her like dirt. It’s his job to answer questions if we’re unsure about something and instead he is extremely patronising and rude. Genuinely the rudest customer service I’ve come across.
George was very efficient. The tracked documents were received in a timely manner with all the instructions clear and simple. A good system for a reasonable price.
Extremely unprofessional — collecting personal data without delivering service I strongly advise against using ID5 Certified Ltd for identity verification.
