Wow! Just Wow! Visited Whitehorse for 7 days and rented a Fatbike from Icycle for 6 of those days. Extremely helpful and pricing was very reasonable. No up charging when I added lights and a tailgate pad. All around they were very helpful and respectful as a visitor.
I went in to see about a noise on my bike and to ask to tighten a loose bolt (new bike). The staff were rude and dismissive. It had the vibe like was a suspicious outsider. I asked the person behind the desk if he could spare one minute to listen to a sound on my bike. His shocked and disdainful look communicated everything I needed to know about this tyrannical, corporate enterprise.
